305 FITNESS PHILLY
WHAT IS 305

THIS ISN'T A WORKOUT.
IT'S A NIGHT OUT.

with sweat included.

THE 305 ETHOS

WE
BELIEVE.

Joy is the whole point. We measure a good class by how loud you're singing along, not how much you suffered. The music does the heavy lifting — you just show up.

No mirrors on purpose. No leaderboard. No side-eye. Every body that walks through that door belongs there — whether it's your first class or your fiftieth. You're not on display. You're in the party.

This isn't punishment for what you ate at dinner. It's 50 minutes of music so loud you forget you're working out — and then you check your watch and realize you just burned 600 calories dancing.

YOUR FIRST 50 MINUTES

HOW IT GOES.

  1. 01

You walk in. Someone at the front says hey. That's it — no quiz, no tour.

  2. 02

Drop your bag, grab your water, find a spot on the floor. Front row is open. Back row is fine. There's no wrong answer.

  3. 03

Lights drop. Bass hits. The instructor calls the first move and you're in it.

  4. 04

Fifty minutes of dance cardio intervals — you go hard, catch your breath, go hard again. The playlist does not let up.

  5. 05

You leave soaked, loud, and already checking when the next class is. That part surprises everyone.

WHAT TO BRING

PACK LIGHT.

  • SNEAKERS

Clean gym shoes. Cross-trainers work great. Leave the running shoes at home.

  • WATER

Bring a bottle or buy one at the desk. You will finish it.

  • AN OPEN MIND

Leave the choreography anxiety at the door. Nobody's watching you — they're all dancing.

GOOD TO KNOW

BEFORE YOU SHOW UP.

Do I need dance experience? +

Zero dance experience required. None. The instructor calls every move out loud and keeps it simple enough to follow on rep one. If you can walk to the beat, you can take a 305 class. That's the actual bar.

What should I bring? +

Clean sneakers, a water bottle, and something you don't mind sweating through. That's the full list. The studio handles everything else — there are lockers, and the vibe is already there when you arrive.

How hard is the class? +

It's 50 minutes of dance cardio with intervals, so yes — you'll sweat. A lot. But the instructor offers modifications throughout, and you set your own pace inside the moves. Hard enough that it counts. Fun enough that you forget it's hard.

When should I arrive? +

First time? Show up 15 minutes early. We'll walk you through the studio, get you set up, and answer anything before the music starts. After your first visit, 5 minutes is plenty.

What if I have to cancel? +

Cancel through the app at least 12 hours before class and your credit stays with you. Cancel after that window and the credit may be forfeited per booking policy. Life happens — just cancel early when you can.
